@MarselSultanov on #414, whether the missing piece is an incentive to invoke the resolution path: AgenticCommerceV3 already pays for evaluation, and the chain shows who collects.
The contract pays the evaluator 5%, but only when a named evaluator calls complete(), and the client names the evaluator. Of its 15,850 completed jobs on Base, 38.00% named no evaluator and completed on submission with no fee, 61.89% named the client, and 18 (0.11%) a third party. By the EvaluatorFeePaid events, clients grading their own jobs have received 99.84 USDC in evaluator fees, and third parties 0.05 USDC. The incentive exists; it pays the party choosing the evaluator to choose itself.
This is the contract you indexed, now 81,252 jobs at block 51,910,587. Jobs 1 to 62,953 reproduce your split exactly (72.50% no evaluator, 27.48% the client, 10 jobs a third party), and 97.62% of the 18,299 jobs since name the client.
Circle’s ERC-8183 contract on Arc testnet sets the evaluator fee to 0. Across its 186,776 jobs no evaluator is ever empty (the spec requires one), 71.79% are graded by the client or the provider, and five evaluators, each named by a single client, account for 51% of the completed third-party budget. Testnet, so tests and farms dominate, and an address is not an identity.
Both counts are one command from judge-protocol/docs/CENSUS.md at master · vijaygopalbalasa/judge-protocol · GitHub, with a JobCreated control and every fee payment joined to its job. For disclosure, I run a deterministic evaluator on the Arc contract; its jobs there are my own tests, so it is part of the same pattern.
