MOSCOW, September 28. /TASS/. The latest version of Russia’s Supercam S180 high-speed reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system will be presented at the ADEX-2026 International Defense Exhibition in Baku (Azerbaijan), Unmanned Systems Group told TASS.

"At the 6th ADEX 2026 Exhibition in Azerbaijan, the Unmanned Systems Group will present the latest version of the Supercam S180 high-speed reconnaissance UAV system to the Caspian region for the first time. The joint Russian exhibit in Baku will also feature the flagship dual-purpose Supercam S350 drone," the statement reads.

The newest drone has already proven its effectiveness during the Russian special military operation in Ukraine as "a reliable tool for operating in the most challenging conditions of the modern battlefield," the company emphasized. The developers highlight its maneuverability, speed, and ability to evade interceptor drones.

Unmanned Systems noted that that the new aircraft is more compact than the S350 and can be launched from both elastic and pneumatic catapults. "The increased payload capacity allows for the installation of additional radio-electronic equipment for radio and video reconnaissance (up to 5 kg). And the S180 camera UAV version is capable of taking high-resolution pictures of the surveyed territory, enabling a more in-depth analysis of reconnaissance data than a video camera," the company added.

It emphasized that as part of ADEX-2026, company representatives are ready to discuss adapting solutions to specific tasks, integrating the equipment into existing systems, and options for cooperation. "If regular deliveries to countries in the Caspian region are established, the company is ready to consider setting up a service center in the region, as well as to discuss the possibility of a phased transition from supplying UAV systems to establishing production at the foreign customer’s site," Unmanned Systems noted.

The exhibition in Baku will take place from September 30 to October 2.
