Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) has announced profit before tax at ₹824.68 crore for FY 2025–26 and has declared a 20 per cent dividend on the equity capital of its member cooperative societies.

KRIBHCO, which is one of the leading players in fertiliser sector having two urea manufacturing units at Shahjahanpur (Uttar Pradesh) and Surat (Gujarat) with a combined annual capacity of 35 lakh tonne, has also reported its Urea production at 21.34 lakh tonne (lt) and Ammonia production at 12.39 lt, achieving 97.26 per cent and 99.36 per cent capacity utilisation, respectively during FY 2025-26.

Releasing a statement after its Annual General Body Meeting on Friday, KRIBHCO also said that total sales of Urea and P&K Fertilizers were 45.37 lt in last fiscal.

KRIBHCO Fertilizers Ltd (KFL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KRIBHCO, also has reported its Urea production at 11.02 lt of Urea and Ammonia at 6.68 lt, achieving capacity utilization of 127.48 per cent and 133.16 per cent, respectively. KFL declared a dividend of ₹14.40 crore.

KRIBHCO’s another wholly-owned subsidiary KRIBHCO Agri Business Limited (KABL) is growing steadily, said officials of the cooperative major. “KABL achieved a turnover of ₹1919.35 crore in FY 2025-26 and the growth was supported by a substantial expansion in domestic business, which contributed ₹1,436.81 crore, whereas exports stood at ₹482.54 crore,” the statement said.

Another subsidiary KRIBHCO Green Energy Private Limited (KGEPL), which is constructing two plants in Hazira (Gujarat) and Nellore (Andhra Pradesh), aims to make those units operational in current fiscal.

The cooperative also imports and manufacture DAP, MAP, MOP, Complex, Bio Fertilizers, Compost, Certified Seeds, Hybrid Seeds, SSP, Zinc Sulphate, Natural Potash, Mycorrhiza and Sea Weed Fortified Bio-stimulants. It imports about 12-15 lt of non-urea fertilisers annually and already has imported 9 lt so far this year.
