For parents, there is nothing quite like bonding with the little one(s) by watching kid-friendly cartoons. However, some kids' movies and shows will sneak in a little joke just for the adults, and sometimes it's very inappropriate.
Here are 21 jokes from kids' movies and TV shows back in the day that were actually ridiculously inappropriate:
1.
In the first Cars film (2006), twin "groupie" cars crash Lightning McQueen's victory-lane celebration by "flashing" their headlights at him. Everyone around them looks awfully excited when they do, and Lightning even makes a comment about how he loves his life, all while he closely examines their headlights with a grin.

In the 1993 series Animaniacs, the writing is filled with quick, witty humor. For example, when Yakko is combing the area for prints, Dot brings an animated version of the artist Prince, thinking this would be helpful. Yakko corrects her by saying they want to look for "fingerprints." However, Dot looks at Prince, who smiles at the prospect, before saying, "I don't think so." In case you aren't saying it aloud in your head, fingerprints also sound like "finger Prince."

There are countless examples of adult humor in The Incredibles (2004), but one that stands out is when Syndrome catches the Parr family and notices that Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl have two kids. He shouts how they "got busy" while doing a sexy little shoulder shimmy. It's a hilarious way to introduce the bad guy to children, but it probably went over the heads of a lot of little kids back in the day.

One of the most inappropriate visual dirty jokes I've seen in an animated movie is in The Emperor's New Groove (2000). Kronk has, quite literally, "pitched a tent" directly over his nether regions. There's no reason for the tent to be there other than for a good old dirty joke.

In one of the greatest straight-to-video sequels, Aladdin and the King of Thieves (1996), one scene stands out in the hilarious opening: Robin Williams' return to voice the role of the Genie. The 40 thieves crash Jasmine and Aladdin's wedding, and as stampeding elephants approach and the ground shakes, the Genie says, "I thought the earth wasn't supposed to move until the honeymoon."

In the original Madagascar (2005), Alex charges Marty on the beach, and once Marty realizes Alex is NOT happy to see him, he turns away and yells, "Oh, sugar, honey, iced tea!" in slow motion. Adults will realize this is an anagram for "Oh, shit." Run for it, Marty!

In Shrek (2001), there are plenty of adult jokes, but one of the funniest is a literal joke Shrek tells. After seeing Lord Farquaad's oversized castle, Shrek says to Donkey, "Do you think maybe he's compensating for something?" Donkey seems oblivious to what Shrek is implying: that Lord Farquaad probably has a tiny Farquaad.

In The Road to El Dorado (2000), after Chel and Tulio are left alone, we can hear some "noises of pleasure" before Chel pops up as she hears someone coming. She was really "low" on Tulio's body, who also pops up looking rather "pleased," so my guess is that they might not have been kissing on the lips. We also see her "dismount" Tulio afterward.

In the blended live-action/animated film Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988), private investigator Eddie Valiant catches Jessica Rabbit, who is married to Roger Rabbit, committing the dirty deed of "pattycake" with another man! It is literally a game of pattycake, but the two involved seem to be enjoying it off-camera a little too much.

In The Rugrats Movie (1998), during the song "This World Is Something New To Me," two babies interact. One says, "Ah, man, they cut my cord," pointing to their belly button. The other is looking down at his diaper and says, "Consider yourself lucky." A circumcision joke isn't something you'd expect from a kids' movie, but they didn't cut it from the film.

In Minions (2015), three minions disguise themselves as a tourist woman. The middle minion lifts up the sweater to reveal their two round eyes. It's quite the play on "my eyes are down here." The Frenchman also seemed very impressed.

Whoever decided to make Cat from Cat in the Hat (2003) a pervert was really on something. While many scenes from this movie could make the list, the most egregious moment is when a photograph of the kids' mother unfolds as Cat holds it and proceeds to have what I'd call a "hat boner." The gag is often used in cartoons, but this one was very in-your-face and erect...I mean, evident.

In the show Hey, Arnold! (1996–2004), Helga often makes loving comments to her "watermelon Arnold," that she worships in the comfort of her home. However, she may have taken it a little too far when she told the food idol that Arnold makes "her girlhood tremble." Out of context...well, in context, too, it's extremely inappropriate for a kids' show.

While Robots (2005) has plenty of inappropriate gags, the most memorable is when Rodney misses the delivery of his baby, only for his wife to say, "Making the baby is the fun part." She proceeds to hold up a Build-A-Baby box while sexy saxophone music plays. Inappropriate humor for a kids' movie? Yes. Hilarious? Also, yes.

While bunnies reproducing has been a punchline since the Bugs Bunny days, Zootopia (2016) slips one in when Judy Hopps writes up Nick for a ticket. She reminds him that, despite his calling her a dumb bunny, bunnies are "good at multiplying." Bunnies are known to reproduce extremely, extremely fast.

Speaking of horny bunnies, in the original Space Jam (1996), Bugs Bunny gets hard. Yes, you read that right. After being touched by Lola Bunny, Bugs goes perfectly stiff in midair in response to her and her words. It's not very subtle.

In the TV show What's New, Scooby-Doo? (2002–2006), plenty of its humor suits a more mature audience, but one of the more adult moments comes from Velma's cousin, Marcy. After flirting with Fred, she begins to tell Velma that at 18 she's "able to legally..."; she then pauses, looks at Fred, and says, "vote." Daphne does not look very thrilled with the interaction.

In Ratatouille (2007), when Linguini tries to confess to Colette that Remy, the rat, is helping him, he struggles and says he has "a tiny..." instead. Disgusted, she looks below his belt super quickly before restoring eye contact. Perhaps "tiny chef" is what he gave his little Linguini as a nickname.

While the Bee Movie (2007) has plenty of adult humor, Jerry Seinfeld's making a "su*cide pact" joke seems to take things a little too far. Sure, the punchline is hilarious, but I'm sure a younger audience isn't even informed about the subject yet.

In the movie Monster House (2006), a misunderstanding becomes one of the movie's most memorable jokes. When Jenny points to a part of the house where she believes is the uvula, Chowder has an incorrect epiphany and replies, "Oh, so it's a GIRL house." He was obviously mixing up the words uvula and vulva.

And lastly, in Frozen (2013), Kristoff is hounding Anna for wanting to marry a guy she just met. He starts rambling off things to see if she knows anything about her hubby-to-be, and then he eventually says, "Foot size?" with a sly look. She doesn't get the reference...or does she? She replies, "Foot size doesn't matter." You know what they say about big socks? Huge...
