NSMC announces the newest NorthShore Merchants Collective member, Kevin Gielespie, owner of Southern Steer Butcher. 

Southern Steer Butcher will be opening for business on Saturday Sept. 26 at 20 Cherokee Blvd., Suite 124 in Chattanooga.

"Southern Steer Butcher is a full-service butcher shop and specialty grocer with dry-aged beef, hand-cut steaks, house-made sausages, Italian-style dry-cured meats and prepared sides. Everything you need to make dinner anything but ordinary.  Meat sweats not included, but likely."
