Riley Green 

I’m ready.Let’s go.

Delisa Shannon 

Let’s go. What’s your go-to, like, steakhouse order?

Riley Green 

Ribeye. I was a filet guy for a long time, now I’m a ribeye. Medium, medium rare with mashed potatoes.

Delisa Shannon 

What is it about a steakhouse that you love?

Riley Green 

Well, I’m a simple guy, you know? I think I write pretty simple lyrics.

Delisa Shannon 

Yeah.

Riley Green 

Very, like, palatable lyrics. And, uh, steak’s pretty easy. I can cook a bone-in steak at the house.

Delisa Shannon 

Okay. Well, how do you make a steak? What’s the Riley Green household steak order?

Riley Green 

Salt, pepper. I don’t do a lot. A little butter. I like to sear it, a good sear on each side, and then put it in a Traeger smoker a little bit and kinda slow cook it.
