Adult Swim has shared a red band trailer for Get Jiro, the upcoming DC Studios animated series adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name by Anthony Bourdain and Joel Rose.

Developed by Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka (Sharper), the series which centres on a vengeful sushi master working in the cutthroat LA restaurant scene, where customers are willing to resort of murder to secure a coveted table reservation.

Featuring in the voice cast are Brian Tee, Titus Welliver, Alison Pill, and Justin Kirk. Check out the trailer below…

In a future LA controlled by elite chefs, a sushi master named Jiro gets embroiled in a vicious culinary conflict, seeking vengeance through his cooking skills amidst the cutthroat restaurant scene.

Get Jiro premieres on October 3rd on Adult Swim.
