In the Season 5 premiere of The Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Scott Disick were talking about Mason Disick turning 14 and getting excited to drive. Kris reminded her, “Khloé, you used to drive when you were his same age.”

Khloé shot back: “But you lied to me and said that I had a government license. You’re the one that told me I was allowed to take the kids to school.”

Scott, hearing this in real time: “Wait, what?! You drove the kids to school without a license, and she said you had a government license?”

In a confessional, Kris admitted the paperwork never existed. “A government-issued license in the state of California is something I think I made up,” she said. “It was a little bit different back then. Don’t judge me until you’ve walked in my shoes.”

In the group scene, Khloé landed on the absurdity: “So I couldn’t drive and I was a great driver.” In her own confessional, she was blunter: “A government-issued license is bullshit. We’re all going to jail.”
