Дата публикации: 21-07-2026 15:49:49

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley spoke with NBC Sports Philadelphia’s John Clark at the Merion Golf Club on Tuesday and gave his first public comments since burglars targeted his Chester County home on Saturday.
Barkley told Clark that the incident disturbed his family’s peace, but everyone is OK.

“Yeah, pretty good. I mean, obviously, when something like that happens you’re going to be shaken up. Your peace is going to be disturbed a little bit,” Barkley said.
“Just a little more aware that I got to be a little sharper with my security. We just upped the security. That’s really it,” Barkley added. “Listen, everything that happened, that’s the best way. If it happened ten times, you know, my boy was there, my family was there, and no one ended up getting hurt and nothing was taken. You can’t really get a better situation.”
Barkley said his daughter wasn’t home, but his two youngest children were.
When officers arrived at the scene, the suspects had fled, but they believe the car below may have been involved in the incident.
Anyone with information related to this incident is urged to contact the Tredyffrin Township Police Department at 610-644-3221.
