AnyAddy® is plant-derived and produced from natural wood pulp. You can build the base for your best food products with the excellent properties of Cellulose. In addition, the Cellulosics have unique benefits compared to other thickening Hydrocolloids. The most important benefit is the reversible thermogelation process.

We can offer AnyAddy® in a lot of viscosity ranges, can improve moisture retention and build an emulsion while binding water and oil. Furthermore, you can reduce allergens, like e. g. eggs and gluten. In bakery, meat or meat alternatives, dairy or convenience, the Cellulosics help to improve the tex- ture for example in hot/cold applications, dispersions and dry blends.
