Three juveniles were charged with arson Tuesday for allegedly setting fire to a Bowdoin mobile home in July.

Investigators with the Office of State Fire Marshal also charged them with criminal trespassing in connection to a July fire at 243 John Tarr Road .

The owner of an abandoned mobile home told authorities he arrived at the property July 25 to discover someone had broken in and attempted to set it on fire.

The home sustained minimal damage, and no injuries were reported, Aaron Turcotte, a major with Maine State Police, said in a news release.

The three juveniles were given summonses and released to their parents.
