The promotional images confirm what is likely the only significant update to the Galaxy S26 FE, as Samsung is replacing the Samsung Exynos 2400 with the newer Samsung Exynos 2500. The chip features an ARM Cortex-X925 prime core with boost clock speeds of up to 3.3 GHz, a total of seven Cortex-A725 performance cores, and two Cortex-A520 efficiency cores. Thanks to the new chip, the Galaxy S26 FE offers about 24 percent better performance than the Galaxy S25 FE ($649 on Amazon).

As usual, Samsung has included a 4,900 mAh battery that can be charged via USB-C at up to 45 watts. The promotional images highlight a 6.7-inch, 120 Hz AMOLED display, as well as seven major operating system updates and seven years of security patches. The IP68-certified body is said to be 7.4 millimeters thick and weigh 193 grams.
