As CEO of PatientNow, Keri leads a healthcare software company serving more than 5,000 active medical aesthetics and wellness locations worldwide. Its all-in-one platform supports clinical documentation, practice operations, patient engagement, digital marketing, imaging, and payments. In 2025, PatientNow acquired Recura, an AI platform that handles patient inquiries, follow-up, and appointment booking.

PatientNow is backed by PSG, which was recognized as Growth Investment Firm of the Year in 2025 and is listed on the GrowthCap Leaderboard, which consists of top-tier private equity, private credit, and growth equity firms vetted and qualified by GrowthCap.

Before joining PatientNow in March 2025, Keri served as CEO of CARET, a SaaS and fintech company supporting more than 10,000 small and midsize law firms. She previously was a partner at Bain Capital Ventures and held senior leadership roles at Xero, Capital One, Intuit, and GE. As President of Xero Americas, she led a turnaround that increased subscribers by 200% and expanded revenue more than fivefold.

Keri also serves on the boards of BILL and PracticeTek and is Vice Chair and incoming Board Chair of Make-A-Wish America.
