Lap 71/71: Death, taxes...

Everyone breathe.

An eventful race overall. Easy for Verstappen, but with the choas at the start and the battle for third there was plentt for us to get out teeth into.

Lap 43/71: Bottas is out. Double DNF for Alfa Romeo. Could be that Ferrari power unit. He holds the lap record, by the way.

Mercedes are 'dying', Alonso's engineer says.

Russell is being caught by Gasly now. Awful weekend for Mercedes.

Lap 34/71: Russell is enjoying a moan todday.

'I haven't been on the radio becuase I thought it was quite obvious,' he says, referencing how much he's catching Hamilton.

The gap rises above a second but comes back down quickly. Worth noting that Hamilton is close to Stroll in front and Sainz is close to Russell.

Great battle.

Verstappen has won it, but there's a photo finish on the line!

Perez chases his rival to the line in what is a drag race with the Red Bull having DRS.

Less than a tenth of a second between the two drivers. What a finish that it.

Lap 68/71: It's going to go all the way with Alonso and Perez.

Meanwhile at the front, we have to comliment him. Max Verstappen is dominant and he's storming to another win here.

Lap 62/71: Ohhhh, George Russell is out. What a nightmare for Mercedes.

High and worsening PU oil temperature with risk of imminent failure, Mercedes say.

Lap 66/71: Lando Norris has just put the fastest lap of the race in. 2.5s quicker than anyone one that lap.

He's still 10.3s behind Max Verstappen so no worries there.
