Man accused of killing woman; stealing her dog

Floyd Morris Long, 45, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 29-year-old Shaquina Harris. Harris went missing from Uptown Charlotte on July 2, and prosecutors allege Long killed her and stole her dog before attempting to hide her body.
