Update December 2016: there are currently a number of uncertainties in relation to TTIP and other future trade deals both in terms of the new administration in the US and in relation to the UK's exit from the EU. It is therefore unlikely that TTIP will be adopted in the UK in its current form. LGA will keep councils informed of developments.
