Belinda Vickers is getting candid about her traumatic childhood. 

The Married At First Sight bride, 29, spoke about being relentlessly bullied at 'an elite private school in Melbourne' from Year 7 onward in an interview with Who.

'I can’t believe I survived it,' the reality star told the magazine.

Vickers said her classmates picked her out as the 'weakling' of their year and taunted her for her 'frizzy hair, pale skin' and flat chest.

The door-to-door saleswoman said that even though she only stayed at the school for 18 months, the taunts continued long after she left.

Even after switching schools, Belinda became the target of cyber bullies from her old school.

Belinda also revealed that, at the age of 18, her bullies saw her at a nightclub and 'confronted' her in the bathrooms.

'I pretended they had the wrong person. It was awful,' she admitted.

The MAFS star said that while she believed the terrible experience gave her a thicker skin, it may be 'part of the reason' she's never been in a relationship.

'I’m scared to get hurt maybe?' she speculated.

Belinda married Patrick Dwyer during Sunday's episode of Married At First Sight. 

But viewers spotted a major editing fail on the Channel Nine social experiment, throwing into doubt exactly when they were matched.

According to The Wash's Instagram account, the pictures the experts used to match couples appeared to have been taken at the first dinner party.

Posting to Instagram, the account shared an image of the experts pairing couples before the weddings, with a close-up of Belinda Vickers in a purple dress.

'Here's the experts matching the couples before their weddings...' The Wash captioned the image.

In a second slide, they compared the image to another picture of Belinda and Patrick at the first dinner party.

It was captioned: '...using pics of the cast that were taken at the first diner party.' 

In both images, Belinda sported the same purple dress, implying the couples had already been paired before the experts were filmed 'matching them'.

The post also pointed out that the same photos were used 'in this week's rating task'.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Nine for comment.   

Belinda and Patrick, a personal trainer, immediately hit it off after meeting at the altar.

Upon seeing Belinda for the first time, Patrick called out: 'Holy moly guacamole!' 

Speaking to producers, he admitted he was immediately attracted to his bride.

'If I'm being absolutely honest, I think she's one of the most beautiful girls I've seen, to be honest. I can see she's very kind, genuine, very warm, and has a great heart.'
