She's the former Married At First Sight star who is in possession of a killer figure.

But according to Tamara Joy, she's slipped off the health and fitness bandwagon and and has been 'naughty' with her diet.

Despite sharing a photo to Instagram on Sunday of her flawless physique in lingerie, the 30-year-old vowed to get back to the gym. 

'I have been so naughty with my eating and drinking over the last few days, so hopefully making a public commitment will motivate me to go the gym and not leave halfway through,' Tamara lamented online.

'Tomorrow is a new day haha. Be your own motivation,' she added alongside a peace emoji.   

Tamara accompanied her caption with a photo of herself kneeling on the floor of her Melbourne bedroom, in nothing but a white lace bra and matching briefs.  

There wasn't an inch to pinch on her frame, and she left her plump lips slightly agape as she captured the perfect mirror selfie.   

This isn't the first time Tamara has vowed to get back on track with her health and fitness. 

The brunette bombshell revealed her 'Christmas bulk' in a very skimpy pink bikini, in two photos shared to Instagram back in December.   

Posing up a storm in the scanty swimwear in a Melbourne backyard, Tamara asked her fans whether it's 'too late to shred for summer'. 

In one photo, Tamara stood side-on and arched her back, drawing attention to her pert derrière and lean legs in the one-shoulder top and G-string briefs.

A second shot saw the influencer posing front-on to the camera, showing off her toned tummy and just a hint of underboob.

Her locks were styled out, and her makeup included a slick of pink colour on her very plump pout.   

Despite looking sensational in the photos, Tamara spoke of her extra Christmas weight in the post's caption.

'The Christmas bulk is going strong. So is it too late to shred for summer??' she asked her fans. 'No body puts gravy in the corner,' Tamara added.
