Ryan Garcia's porn star fiancée says she is 'proud' of him after his career-best victory on Saturday night.

Garcia, 25, stunned world champion Devin Haney, 25, to win on points in Brooklyn, knocking his rival down numerous times on his way to victory.

Many fans had written off the underdog in the build up to the fight due to his erratic and often confounding behaviour. 

Garcia missed weight by over three pounds and was seen chugging a beer while on the scales, just one of countless episodes that hinted at trouble behind the scenes. 

But his Australian porn star Savannah Bond never lost faith in her fiancé.

The Californian boxer proposed to Bond during fight week, in a move that had taken fans by surprise, and Garcia was elated by the news.

Captioning a video on social media, he wrote: 'SHE SAID YESS!!!!!!. I'M SO HAPPY AND MOTIVATED GOING INTO MY FIGHT NOW.

'LETS GOOOOOOO. LETS GO FOREEAL. SHES MY WIFE OR FUTURE WIFEY BUT STILL VERY VERY HAPPY. EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT DAY. SAV G'

And Bond appeared equally elated when Garcia got the job done in the ring in Brooklyn.

Posting a video of Garcia during his post-fight speech, Bond wrote: 'So proud of you @RyanGarcia'. 

Garcia's new romance comes months after he divorced the mother of his two children, Andrea Celina. He denied reports, however, that he separated from her one hour after she gave birth to their second child.

In an Instagram post in January, he said: 'Honoured To announce my beautiful first born son. Praise the lord. I am so thankful, I love him so much already. He is so fast already haha. Took him just eight minutes to arrive.

'You know where he got that speed from lol. God did! And God will. Henry Leo Garcia. He will be ten times stronger, ten times wiser, ten times better looking but he will need to work ten times harder. Thank you lord I love you.'

Reflecting on the end of his two-year marriage, Garcia added: 'As I step into a new chapter in my life, it's with a heavy heart to share that Drea and I have decided to divorce. While this decision marks the end of our marriage, it's important to emphasise that our relationship as co-parents remains our top priority.

'Throughout our years together, Dea has been an incredible partner and an even more extraordinary mother to our two children. I'm deeply grateful for the years we shared and for her unwavering commitment to our family.'
