Della Townships plans projects worth Rs 46,480 crore this financial year. Twelve developments are starting in Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur, and Nagpur. Masterplans and building plans are progressing for these major township projects. International collaborations are deepening across wellness, sport, and design sectors. The company is expanding its business by partnering with developers nationwide.

New Delhi: Della Townships, the integrated township platform founded by Jimmy Mistry, is looking to develop projects with Gross Development Value approaches Rs 46,480 crore (USD 6.44 billion) for the current financial year.

The company has sighed 12 developments starting with Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur and Nagpur. It is in talks with multiple developers across the country to expand the business.

Each project advances through a distinct stage of approval and development. Della Racecourse & International Polo Club, Hinjewadi, Pune, a 40-acre township anchored by an 8-acre private racecourse and India's first Della X MAYRLIFE medical wellness clinic, has its masterplan and building plans approved by the PMRDA, with RERA documentation underway and approvals expected by August-end.

In Viramgam, Ahmedabad, the 1,100-acre Della International City continues masterplan and design development, centred on a 5.3-km FIA-grade racing and testing circuit designed by Germany's Tilke Engineers & Architects, an 18-hole championship course proposed by Gary Player Design and European Medical Wellness Centre in collaboration with MAYRLIFE, Austria.

In Naya Raipur, the 55-acre Della Racecourse & International Polo Club has secured masterplan and plan approvals, with NRDA clearance and RERA filing targeted for July–August; membership sales for its Polo Club have already opened.

The 328-acre Della Racecourse & International Polo Club in Nagpur, anchored by the Della global wildlife conservation foundation featuring a 33-acre racecourse, 50 horse stables, equestrian sports and a five-star Bor Wildlife glamping resort, has completed its masterplan, with file submission to authorities targeted for June.

Across the 12 townships, Della has deepened international collaborations spanning medical wellness with Della X MAYRLIFE (Austria), equestrian programming with Beverly Hills Polo Club (USA), sustainability research with IIT Bombay, and carbon sequestration work with IIT Madras, alongside architecture, motorsport and golf design partners including Studio GAIA, Tilke Engineers & Architects and Inrange Golf.
