I've been using the Xiaomi.eu ROM on my Xiaomi 13 from day one without any major issue (I'm currently on the 3.0.308.0 version) but I've recently encountered some problems.

I've recently decided to fully wipe my phone's data by going in the settings app. This should not be causing any problems but it did.

Before the reset I could install and uninstall my banking app without any problems (Fortuneo) but now the Google Play Store tells me that the app won't work on my device. I also cannot use the apk of the app to install it. I also cannot use the Revolut app.

This is extremely weird as my device isn't rooted and that it used to work completely fine.

Is this a known issue when resetting your phone?
Is there a way to solve this issue?

Yes
when you just unlock bootloader, for google phone is rooted!!

revolut and google wallet will start working. Somentimes you must delete all app data
