Check Out a Car For Me! (Sykesville, MD (East of Baltimore))

I've been searching for a unicorn of a used car for 6 months, and one has finally turned up... on the other side of the country. The dealership ships nationally, but without a money-back return policy so that's a big risk.
I'm looking for somebody in the Baltimore metro area to drive out to the dealership and check this car out for me. See what is going on with it, if it smells like cigarettes or animals, if it's stained, got lots of little scratches and dings, look for rust, that sort of thing.Take pictures, if necessary.
I also want to know if it's quiet on the road, and I want you to check for two technology options and make sure they're installed and working.
Then, you get to walk away. I will not ask you to be a go-between with the dealership for me in any way shape or form.
I will pay you for your time and effort, plus mileage, you tell me how much you want to do this.
