Some folks have trouble with annotations and scale, some folks struggle with viewports... you get the idea. At your firm, what is the hardest tool that you're using and how did you overcome that difficulty? I am not considering any recent AutoCAD tools in the last 5 years, but those functions that are 10 years or more old. Whatcha got?
