СпутникиРНSpaceXРоскосмосNASATitle: Delay in Publishing Plugin Updates on the Autodesk App StoreI would like to raise a concern regarding the process and turnaround time for publishing updates to plugins on the Autodesk App Store.I am currently using the MLabs plugin, and during discussions with the developer (@manh.envi ) regarding several issues and required improvements, the developer indicated that publishing updated versions through Autodesk can take a considerable amount of time.At present, the version available directly from the developer appears to be newer than the version published on the Autodesk App Store:Developer website: https://mlabsolution.com/revit-export-import-excel/Autodesk App Store: https://marketplace.autodesk.com/apps/284d1b90-504e-4ea2-8eb2-7788694d868cThis creates a practical problem for users. When an issue is identified and the developer has already prepared a fix or improvement, users relying on the Autodesk App Store may still have to wait for the updated version to become available.For plugins used in active BIM and production workflows, such delays can have a significant operational impact, particularly when an issue affects model processing, exports, compatibility, performance, or other day-to-day activities.Could Autodesk please clarify:What is the normal review and publication process for plugin updates?What is the typical turnaround time from submission by the developer to publication on the App Store?Is there an expedited process for bug fixes, compatibility updates, or other critical corrections?Are there any plans to streamline the process so that developers can deliver important fixes to users more quickly?I understand that Autodesk needs appropriate review controls for security, compatibility and quality. However, it would be helpful to achieve a balance between these controls and the need for developers to respond promptly to issues affecting production users.I would also be interested to hear whether other developers or users have experienced similar delays with plugin updates.Thank you.
