While details of the final sale are being kept close to the vest, The Agency’s John Stanaland recently represented both the buyer and seller in this Orange County residential closing for $110 million. The sale eclipsed the county’s previous residential sales record of $70 million, marking a significant milestone for the market. The sale echoes a growing trend of high-end buyers seeking homes outside Los Angeles city limits and into places like Emerald Bay and Irvine Cove in Orange County.
