The letter of agreement between CIRCOM Regional and Yle, Finish public service broadcaster, to hold the 42^nd Annual Conference of CIRCOM Regional in Tampere, Finland, on 21^st and 22^nd May 2026, was signed in Tampere on November 28^th 2025 during association's Executive Committee meeting.

In 2026 Yle is celebrating its 100th anniversary and the Annual Conference will be part of the celebration. The Conference will be held under the theme “Shared moments”, reflecting on the way regional public service media brings communities together.
