Apple is inviting Apple Watch users to celebrate Valentine’s Day this Saturday with an aptly heart-themed challenge. Here are the details.

Every Valentine’s Day, Apple promotes the Heart Month Challenge, inviting users to close their exercise ring in exchange for exclusive iMessage stickers, a Fitness app award, and… oh, yeah, getting healthier.

Here’s Apple on this year’s Heart Month Challenge:

Close your exercise ring on Valentine’s Day, February 14, to earn this award. Your heart will love you for it.

To earn this year’s Heart Month Challenge award and exclusive stickers, users just need to log a workout using any app that writes data to Apple’s Fitness app, including Apple Watch’s built-in Workout app.

The exercise ring (the green one) defaults to 30 minutes, but users can customize their daily goal. Just keep in mind: if you’ve set a higher target, you’ll need to hit the full number to unlock the award.
