A new article on benchmarking in TRIZ
TRIZ has always been open to ideas from its “business relatives” – and benchmarking is one of the concepts it has successfully adopted and reinterpreted. In practice, we use it whenever feature transfer enters the stage of a project.
Whether the goal is to create a new hybrid system or to eliminate a key disadvantage identified through cause–effect chain analysis (CECA), benchmarking helps us look beyond our own solutions and learn from others – across industries, technologies, and domains.
