Donald Trump again compared his $355 million New York fraud fine to the death of Alexei Navalny as Letitia James threatened to seize all of his buildings if he didn't pay up.

The former president said that the lawsuits against him are a 'form' of politically-motivated attacks – invoking the recent death of Russian President Vladimir Putin's political prisoner and rival Alexei Navalny

'It is a form of Navalny. It is a form of communism or fascism,' Trump told Fox News host Laura Ingraham during a town hall in Greenville, South Carolina on Tuesday evening.

Trump didn't say whether he is getting ready to put up the bond while he appeals the decision, but did say despite the large funds in his bank account, Judge Arthur Engoron and Democrats 'can't take it.'

Meanwhile, James said she is prepared to seize Trump's assets if he can't find the funds to cover the fine. She made the threat despite Trump having 25 days to pay around the $35million bond to hold over the case.

'If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,' James told ABC News

She mentioned his 40 Wall Street skyscraper as one of the potential targets. His New York real estate is worth $690 million, according to Forbes, and could have to liquidate some of the properties to pay the fine.

Donald Trump said during a Fox News town hall in South Carolina on Tuesday that lawsuits against him are like politically-motivated murder. 'It is a form of Navalny. It is a form of communism or fascism'

Trump compared needing to pay upwards of $450 million and facing multiple lawsuits that he claims are politically motivated to reports Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the murder of political rival Alexei Navalny (pictured)

Trump called Engoron, who made the costly ruling last week, a 'sick judge' during his town hall in the next and final early primary contest state of South Carolina.

'We have a lot of cash, but that doesn't mean he can take it,' Trump lamented. 'I mean, you know what he did, I think he looked at my cash and said, 'Well, we'll take all of his cash.'

'This is all coming out of the White House,' he insisted.

Trump is involved in several lawsuits, which includes 91 felony charges against the ex-president.

He says they are all efforts of election interference against him.

Trump compared the latest ruling to reports that Putin ordered the murder of political rival Navalny after his death last week.

New York Attorney General Letitia James says she is prepares to seize Trump's assets if he doesn't fork over the $355M ordered in the civil case last week

Besides the $354.9 million Judge Engoron ordered Trump to fork over, he also is levied with nearly $100 million in prejudgment interest and will build more interest daily until he puts up the cash.

The case involved Trump, his family and his associates allegedly inflating the value of his properties for financial gain for his real estate empire the Trump Organization.

'Everything that's coming out – this is all election interference,' Trump said. 'They're trying to damage me so they can win another election.'

Trump is the far frontrunner in the Republican presidential primary, where his only remaining contender is former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley, who made a speech earlier on Tuesday insisting she is not dropping out of the race any time soon.

President Joe Biden and Trump are so far set for a rematch in 2024.
