Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus June 2026 Game Catalog lineup, and it is one of the most notable updates for Extra and Premium subscribers this year.

The June catalog is led by Final Fantasy XVI, Sonic X Shadow Generations, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and Life is Strange: Double Exposure. The lineup also includes Farming Simulator 25, Blades of Fire, Black Desert, and the PlayStation Plus Premium classic Gitaroo Man.

Sony is also testing a staggered rollout in select markets. In the US, UK, and Japan, games will arrive on different dates throughout June. In all other regions, Sony says the full lineup will be available from June 16.

The headline game for June is Final Fantasy XVI.

Square Enix’s action RPG takes players to Valisthea, a dark fantasy world shaped by political conflict, revenge, tragedy, and powerful Eikons. Players take control of Clive Rosfield in one of the most action-focused mainline Final Fantasy games to date.

Its arrival on PlayStation Plus Game Catalog is important because Final Fantasy XVI remains one of the most prominent PS5 RPGs of recent years.

For players who skipped the game at launch, June is a strong opportunity to try it through PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium.

Sonic X Shadow Generations is another major addition to the June catalog.

Life is Strange: Double Exposure also arrives on June 23 in those markets. The game brings back Max Caulfield in a new mystery involving two timelines, a murder investigation, and choices that shape both realities.

These two additions give the month more depth beyond the headline releases.

Sony’s staggered June rollout continues on June 30 with three more Game Catalog titles in the US, UK, and Japan.

The additions are Farming Simulator 25, Blades of Fire, and Black Desert.

This gives the June lineup a broader mix of slower simulation gameplay, challenging action, and online RPG content.

PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers also get Gitaroo Man, the cult-classic rhythm game originally released on PlayStation 2.

Sony says Gitaroo Man will be available globally on June 16 for PS5 and PS4. The game joins the Premium Classics Catalog and brings another retro title to Sony’s subscription service.
