Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has been thrown into crisis as another contestant was driven to throw in their armband.

Six stars have now left the show after just five episodes following the Channel 4 show's grueling assault courses and challenging hikes.

Comedian Shazia Mirza, 46, became the latest contestant to exit the show after being left behind by her fellow recruits.

She trailed behind her fellow celebs from the get-go of the 'be strong' exercise, which prompted staff to hurl comments of tough love to get her motivated.

'Stop f*****g loafing', one director could be heard barking as Shazia evidently struggled with the brutal task.

And despite her desperate push to prove she had what it took to complete the course, chief instructor Billy Billingham put her out of her SAS misery and told her to hand over her armband.

Being withdrawn from the group, Shazia was in denial and told them she 'didn't want to accept it'.

She was faced with a brutal reality, as staff member Chris Oliver declared: 'You don't have a choice.'

Scenes for the latest episode saw recruits forced to dive into a box filled with water and complete a range of exercises, including star jumps and press-ups.

But the latest episode could have seen its seventh contestant drop out. Fellow recruit Ovie Soko, 33, considered leaving after the directing staff laughed at him.

During the latest episode, Ovie was forced to use Cherry Healy's fleece after his broke, seemingly becoming the main form of entertainment for staff.

Frustrated at being treated like the camp's laughing stock, Ovie told his fellow recruits that he was thinking about going home when they returned to the barracks.

He said:'They're taking the f****** piss, like just don't f****** take the piss out of me.

'Don't do that, don't start taking the piss out of me for stuff that's too small for me, because one I was f****** born this way.'

But as he went to tell the staff that he was leaving, Billy explained that 'something's triggered something today that's deep in your heart.

'If you decide you want to go, we respect that,' he added, but he said he was open to Ovie continuing.

Evidently uneasy over his flip-flop decisions, he then returned to the camp and was quizzed by staff to find out where his trust issues came from.

Shazia is just one of many recruits who have turned in their armbands, as the show has been plagued with injuries and dropouts.

Last week Rachel Johnson, the sister of the UK's former Prime Minister, Boris, became the latest contestant to exit the show after being left panicked and unable to breathe.

The journalist, 59, was faced with a boat challenge before she was tasked with a grueling sprint through the terrain, gasping for air.

Bowing down to defeat, Rachel confessed that she thought 'she could die here'.

Elsewhere is the show's latest episode, team GB gymnast Ellie Downie also handed in her armband after an underwater challenge triggered memories of her late brother.

Last week Rachel Johnson, the sister of the UK's former Prime Minister, Boris, became the latest contestant to exit the show after being left panicked and unable to breathe

The star, 25, sobbed and fainted before she ultimately admitted the challenge was too much for her.

She said: 'My brother died three years ago of a cardiac arrest. He just dropped to his knee and said he couldn't breathe. So whenever I think about not being able to breathe, it really panics me. Obviously, they knew that.

'And we were stood in this line, ready to do the challenge, and we basically had to get in the helicopter, go down under the water, and stay really calm and swim to the bank and get out.

'I wound myself up so that much I fainted.'

The two-week training course is said to replicate the process used by Special Forces to select their UK recruits.

Chris Robshaw was also forced to drop out of the show earlier this month after needing emergency surgery following a bust-up with Love Islander Ovie Soko.

During the episode, the Rugby Union star, 38, was put in the ring with Ovie, 33, for a brutal boxing match challenge.

But as the two men battled it out to be named fighting champion, Ovie wasted no time getting in the first punch.

As Chris struggled to recover from the immediate blow, Ovie saw his opportunity and kept the punches swinging - hopeful for a quick defeat.

Just seconds after the whistle blew for the fight to commence, Chris shouted he had 'dislocated his shoulder.'

Chris was then rushed off to be examined by expedition leader Dr Raj Joshi.

During his medical checkup, the Dr asked Chris to tightly squeeze his fingers so he could examine him.

After a thorough assessment, Dr Raj said: 'Okay. So your shoulder is unstable.

'This could pop at any time. So for that reason, I'm gonna have to medically withdraw you from the course.'

'It's just one of those things, okay. I'm gonna have a chat with the DS.'

Within 12 hours, Chris was put on a plane and was flown to hospital to have surgery.

Reflecting on the fight, Chris said: 'I had to get an operation,'

'Because I'd popped my shoulder out the ligament was loose so it becomes like a catch which keeps opening. So they reattached the ligament to keep it in place.'

After just seconds following the starting whistle blow, Chris took safety upon the celebrity lineup and shouted he had 'dislocated his shoulder.'

Within 12 hours, Chris was put on a plane and was flown into surgery

'I don't really remember a lot of the boxing. I tried to throw a punch and basically hyperextended my shoulder and it popped out.

'Unfortunately, towards the end of my career, I had some issues with the shoulder and it can come out of the socket.'

'It was just kind of numbing. It went back in and I went to see the doctor who said it was clear it had come out.'

Chris was the 11th recruit into the notoriously grueling process as the show pushes a number of celebrities to their limits.

Chris was the fourth celebrity to drop out of the process after Marnie Simpson and John Barrowman withdrew and Tez Ilyas was cut.

Marnie Simpson was branded a 'spoiled brat' by Celebrity SAS viewers after she quit the show in floods of tears earlier this month.

The Geordie Shore star, 32, threw in the towel after struggling to pull on snow boots for a testing challenge with teammate Anthony Ogogo, 35.

They were tasked with pulling 130lbs of kit up an icy mountain, but ahead of the task Marnie said: 'I don't think I'm a diva. I can only do what's physically possible. So if I'm doing something that I don't believe is physically possible, I can't do it'.

But after struggling to pull on her snow boots Marnie stormed off in tears and moaned to the camera: 'I just wanna go. I just wanna go home. I've accepted it. I'm just not cut out for it. It is what it is.'

Taking to X fans fumed:'Yep, still can't stand Marnie! Spoiled brat who's never worked a day in her life!: 'How does someone like Marine get through life?'.

'Marnie quitting, what a shocker! Anthony would have ended up dragging her along, so good riddance': 'That Marine... pathetic! Has the attitude of a 14-year-old. Must be about 40... shocking'.

The reality star became the second to quit the show which follows celebrities as they undertake SAS winter warfare training in the south islands of New Zealand.

Last month John Barrowman, 57, was branded 'pathetic' by viewers as he quit the show after just 32 minutes during the opening episode.

John, who opened up about the flashing allegations he faced in 2021 that led to his axe from the DOI judging panel while on the show, began to vomit shortly after arriving at base camp for the first challenge.

After the contestants put on their army uniforms the actor began heaving and declared 'I'm out'.

Asked by expert  Mark Billingham if he would like to see a doctor, John said: 'No, I'm done. I just, it's not for me, I know who I am and what I'm about, it's not for me'.

As the voice over said: 'After only 32 minutes on base, number 13 John is the first recruit to leave the course.'

Viewers had little sympathy for the actor and taking to X branding him 'pathetic' and a 'diva'.

Writing:  'Never seen anything more pathetic in my life. I bet you thought this might be a shot at redemption as well. Whoopsie!': 'Pathetic from John Barrowman': 'John Barrowman 32 minutes': 'FFS John Barrowman, I knew you were a diva, didn't think you were a huge wuss as well, certainly done yourself no favours there'.

'I hope John Barrowman wasn't paid for that pathetic effort': 'Can't believe John Barrowman quits the only show that was actually willing to give him a job after just 32 minutes. What a prat'.

During the episode, John addressed the accusations that he had repeatedly exposed himself on the set of the BBC One sci-fi series Doctor Who and its sister show Torchwood.

He said: 'The press made the allegation that I was going around putting my dick on everybody's shoulders.

'Having that happen to me ruined me, but this course is going to help me push through this and I want people to see the kind of person that I really am.'

He later added: 'On Doctor Who and Torchwood, I had to do a lot of nude scenes. If I were being stupid, I would do something stupid.

'I would shake and waggle or I might do a scene where I might have one of my bollocks hanging out.
