The transition to the Tensor G6 chipset represents a major manufacturing milestone, pairing upgraded core clusters with a Titan M3 security coprocessor and an updated MediaTek M90 modem. The new modem architecture retains satellite connectivity for emergency communications while optimizing cellular efficiency and thermal management during heavy network transfers.

At the heart of every device introduced at the keynote is the Tensor G6 platform. Engineered specifically to handle multimodal generative AI models locally, the chip accelerates real-time voice processing, image generation, and proactive contextual suggestions without relying heavily on cloud servers.

Running Android 17 out of the box, the new hardware leverages Gemini Intelligence to power several core system capabilities:

Previously referred to in supply chain leaks as Pixel Glow, this ambient LED strip illuminates with customized color patterns to signal incoming calls from specific priority contacts, charging status, or active timer notifications when the device is placed face down.

Display brightness sees a noticeable bump across all models, with Super Actua displays reaching up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness on the standard Pixel 11 and up to 3,300 nits on the Pro variants for improved outdoor visibility.

The second-generation foldable in Google’s lineup, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, brings significant structural and display improvements designed to compete directly in the premium foldable category.

Both screens support smooth 120Hz refresh rates, with the inner display scaling up to an impressive 3,600 nits of peak brightness for HDR content and outdoor readability. A re-engineered gearless hinge mechanism reduces screen crease visibility while allowing the phone to fold completely flat without an internal gap.

Powering the foldable is the Tensor G6 platform paired with 16 GB of RAM and storage options up to 1 TB. Battery capacity measures 4,806 mAh, supporting 30 W wired charging alongside standard Qi2 wireless charging compatibility.

The rear triple-camera setup incorporates a 48MP primary sensor, a 10.5MP ultrawide camera, and a 10.8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, giving it camera parity with traditional flagships.

Beyond smartphones, Google highlighted updates to its Made by Google personal wearable and accessory catalog.

The Pixel Watch 5 retains its distinct circular dome glass design while introducing hardware refinements focused on health tracking and battery longevity. Available in two case sizes, the smartwatch features a brighter LTPO AMOLED display capable of dropping to 1Hz for efficient always-on performance.

Health sensors include upgraded multi-path heart rate monitoring, skin temperature tracking, ECG recording, and continuous sleep stage analysis. Powered by a dual-core processor running Wear OS, the Pixel Watch 5 delivers up to 36 hours of battery life in standard power mode, with fast charging capable of bringing the battery from zero to 80 percent in under 30 minutes.

Making its official debut, the Pixel Tag is Google’s entry into the dedicated hardware tracking market. Utilizing a compact, coin-shaped form factor with water and dust resistance, the tracker connects natively to Android’s Find Hub network.
