I found something, a formula, which I am sure is ambiguous. Let me disguise the numbers, but
some of the order of operations comes imprecise to me. I also omitted one of the terms due to
that part not being ambiguous.
V=((H/100)^(a)*(b))+(c)
I just cannot properly identify the exact order of operations.
Somebody make this clear?

That seems to me $$
V=(\frac{H}{100})^a*b+c$$

Exponentiation has precedence over multiplication.

Brackets that don't include an operator are meaningless. (a) = a. First step, remove them. so,
V=((H/100)^(a)*(b))+(c)=((H/100)^a*b)+c
Brackets are sometimes added when not necessary for readability, but this is subjective.
V=(H/100)^a*b+c is the minimal usage. They are required to force division before exponentiation in this example. Some might prefer V=((H/100)^a)*b+c
V=((((H/100)^a)*b)+c) is the maximal usage, a bracket for every operation. Note how hard it is to visually keep track of many brackets together "((((".
Reordering of commutative terms can improve readability, like this:
V=c+b*(H/100)^a

If these quantities are associated with units, inserting the units could help clarify the order of operations.
