Gabby Allen looked on cloud nine as she enjoyed a 31st birthday lunch with her boyfriend Brandon Myers at Sketch in Mayfair on Monday.

The former Love Island star beamed from ear to ear as her beau gave her a kiss on the cheek after they left the venue.

Gabby cut a stylish figure for the day, donning a white sleeveless top along with a matching pair of trousers.

The fitness influencer added height to her frame with a pair of heels while she also carried a silver handbag.

Styling her blonde locks into a ponytail, Gabby complimented her outfit with a pearl necklace. 

Brandon opted for a laid back look, sporting a black jacket and matching jeans along with a printed T-shirt.

The Liverpool native also shared snaps of herself enjoying a night out to mark the occasion where she looked incredible in a white tasselled mini dress. 

Alongside the stunning shots, Gabby wrote: 'Thank you for all birthday love today! Feeling very grateful even I am now closer to 40 than I am 20'.

Gabby took part in the third series of Love Island where she reached the final with Marcel Somerville, finishing in fourth place.

The birthday outing comes after Gabby underwent some tweakments after feeling like she looked '500 years old'.

The reality star admitted she had been considering a face lift after feeling insecure about how her neck looked. 

Taking to Instagram, Gabby documented herself going for her second round of Profilho - an injection which targets sagging or wrinkled skin in the neck like and boosts collagen and elastin production. 

Gabby told her followers: 'Hello guys, so I am at my babe's lip line and aesthetics for my second batch of Profilho on my neck. I had it done a few weeks ago.' 

The beauty said she received messages over her appearance as she hit back: 'I was like "listen I've aged". 

'On every photo I feel like I look like basically just 500 years old and the difference in just one bout of Profilho has been unreal so I'm back for my second.' 

Gabby previously admitted there is a pressure to look a certain way when you’re in the limelight and spoke about her 'complex' about her small cleavage has never gone away.

‘It’s still an ongoing thing for me’, she revealed. ‘I was thinking at the time, I’m flat chested compared to everyone in there, and I do have a complex about it.

'It’s not about anybody else. It’s about my own confidence. I’m still considering getting them done. The only reason is that I don’t want to be flat out for a couple of weeks!

'But for my career and what I want to promote, if I want a bigger bum, I just need to go to the gym and squat. If I want to change my body that bad, I can do it through training.' 

Gabby recently uploaded a 'before' and 'after' snap, after undergoing a year-long body transformation which clearly illustrated how her abs went from impressively toned to perfectly chiselled last year. 

She wrote: 'Where to start? Half of the battle is finding an exercise/workout type you enjoy. The other half is nutrition and what the hell to do with it. I will give you both! 

'Of course other things come into play, but two common deciding factors on whether you stick to something are whether you actually enjoy the movement even though you're sweating your b*lls off, and knowing what the hell to eat.'
