Noah Murray, director of operations for The Edge and Somewhat Stable Records in Chattanooga announces the local music community is gathering together to support a friend and fellow community member, Aaron Bing, who recently lost his home and belongings in a house fire.

The Edge, at 1425 E Main St. in Chattanooga, is hosting an all-ages benefit concert on Sunday, July 26, featuring local Chattanooga hardcore/metal artists to help with recovery efforts. Doors open at 5 p.m., with music beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Admission is $10.

All money raised from admissions and potential sponsorships will go directly to Bing and his family to assist with rebuilding and recovery.

"This event is entirely community driven, with local musicians, artists, volunteers and supporters donating their time and talent to help someone experiencing an extremely difficult season," Mr. Murray said.

A GoFundMe fund has been set up.
