FALMOUTH – A service for Peter W. Lawrence, 86, who passed away Jan. 16, 2026, will be held on Aug. 14 at 10 a.m. at the Church of Our Savior, 25 Monmouth St., Brookline, Mass.

Peter was born in Boston, Mass., the youngest son of Rev. Frederic C. Lawrence and Katharine Wylie Lawrence.

He studied at Dexter School, Milton Academy, Harvard College (1960) and Harvard Graduate School of Design (1971). In 1977 he moved to Portland, where he worked with the Small Woodland Owners Association of Maine (now Maine Woodland Owners).
