Scott Disick inked a lucrative deal to return for season three of The Kardashians in early 2023. The reality TV personality—best known for his long-term, on-and-off relationship with Kourtney Kardashian—then channeled some of his earnings into a traditional ranch-style property in the guard-gated Los Angeles enclave of Hidden Hills, eyeing it as a development opportunity.

Disick acquired the 1960s estate for $5 million alongside his business partner, Benny Luciano. The investment team then executed a massive ground-up rebuild in collaboration with Noa Santos of the architecture and design firm NAINOA. Jordan Cohen of Re/Max and Kozet Luciano and Andre Manoukian of Compass hold the $20 million listing.

Set on a corner parcel spanning just over an acre, the contemporary farmhouse structure was completed this year. Seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two powder rooms in roughly 11,200 square feet are spread across two levels, with the warm, light-hued interiors showcasing white oak floors and plaster walls and ceilings. Special perks range from a movie theater and a massage room to a bar and lounge tucked behind a hidden door, and detached buildings include a guesthouse, a gym, and a barn near the neighborhood’s riding trails.

Among the other highlights is a soaring great room featuring a family room with a huge minimalist fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glass sliders opening to a patio. A formal dining room with a glass-enclosed wine display adjoins a sleek kitchen that has an expansive eat-in island, Gaggenau appliances, and a butler’s pantry. A primary suite up a curved wooden staircase, meanwhile, has a honed-stone bath spotlighted by a large wet room with dual rainfall showers and a soaking tub.

Dotted with mature olive trees, the sprawling landscaped backyard hosts a pool and spa, a pergola-shaded kitchen and dining area, and several spots ideal for lounging and entertaining. There’s also an attached four-car garage out front.

This isn’t the first rodeo in Hidden Hills for Disick, who previously renovated homes on the short-lived E! reality show Flip it Like Disick. He picked up a 1970s teardown for just over $3.2 million in 2018 and converted the place into a modern farmhouse, before selling it in 2020 for $5.6 million. His first foray into the area was in 2015, when he bought a house for just under $6 million, spruced it up a bit, and hoisted it back on the market six months later for $8.8 million. He reduced the price and still couldn’t find a buyer, so he offered it for rent at $60,000 per month.
