Chris Brown fans have been left disappointed after many claimed they have yet to receive products from his clothing line despite purchasing them weeks ago.

The 36-year-old artist launched his Nami Frequency Low Top sneakers last month, much to the excitement of his supporters.

The shoes, exclusively sold through his co-founded brand The Auracles, are described as the 'most anticipated footwear drop.'

Made of soft high grade foam, the sneaker, priced at $125, 'molds to your foot for maximum comfort.'

While Brown continues to promote his clothing line on his social media, angry customers have claimed that their orders have yet to arrive.

Taking to the brand's official Instagram account, one alleged: 'Don't buy, they never come.'

'Bruh y'all have yet to ship my slides, socks and keychain I ordered almost a month ago… nor respond to any of my emails,' another claimed.

Responding to the previous comment, someone else alleged: 'I ordered in October, still nothing and no responses either.'

'Where [are] my shoes? It has been three weeks and it said two to three days it would be shipped,' a fourth alleged.

Another frustrated fan said: 'I wish I would have read the comments before purchasing.'

'Sooo… like… when will my shoes arrive?' a sixth asked.

The Daily Mail has contacted Brown and The Auracles for comment. 

Brown is the co-founder and creative director of The Auracles along with CEO John Dean. The pair launched the label in 2022. 

'The Auracles was founded in Los Angeles through a mutual interest in art and design,' the brand's website reads.

'The agency is our creative vehicle that utilizes various art mediums to tell the story of our culture.

'From fashion to collectables, we are pushing culture forward through innovative design and craftsmanship.'

The Auracles prides itself on creating for the future and states that it exists to 'bend time and space to our desires.' 

The website says that standard delivery takes between five and seven business days. 

Free domestic shipping is also offered, but it is unclear whether it is for purchases over $100 or over $175 due to contradictory messaging.

For free international shipping, shoppers must spend over $300. 

Besides the sneakers, shoppers can purchase slides for $95, with kids’ versions for $30.

Boots are currently available to preorder for $228 while socks and keychains are listed at $28.
