Davina McCall showed off her enviably-toned figure in skintight gym wear as she worked up a sweat in a gruelling workout on Friday.  

The presenter, 55, said she felt 'really proud' of herself after finding the motivation to do her third exercise session of the week, despite feeling a little unmotivated. 

And Davina proved to be an inspiration for many as she showcased her rock hard abs and sculpted arms in a grey camouflage crop top and matching leggings in a video uploaded to Instagram. 

Davina said: 'Hey. I have done something that I'm really proud of which is I've got out of my normal day clothes and changed into workout clothes to do day three of my six week shape-up challenge.

'And I would not have done that, I normally would never do that. I would think "I'm not going to work out today". If I don't do it in the morning then it doesn't happen. 

'But because I'm doing the challenge I felt like I just wanted to complete all four workouts this week and I needed to do one today. And so I feel really good about that.' 

Davina went on to film her workout which included side lunges, running on the spot, overhead reaches and walkouts. 

Fans took to the comment section, impressed with Davina's fitness and amazing physique. 

One wrote: 'Beautiful lady', while another added: 'You're absolutely amazing'. 

A third chimed: 'You look amazing. love your motivation to cheer us all on.. thank you'.  

It comes after Davina insisted she won't stop wearing minidresses at 55 and admits she chooses outfits that cause a reaction on purpose.

The TV personality has reprised her role as a celebrity judge on the Masked Singer alongside Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan and has been switching up her style. 

Speaking to Best, the presenter said: 'I'm feeling like I'm getting to that age now where I am at risk of ruining my career on a daily basis, I feel like at the moment it's manifesting with my clothing. I sometimes think "What can I wear to really horrify people?"

She described a recent incident where she stepped out wearing a minidress without tights, showing off her 'little crepey knees'.

Davina said: 'It was brilliant because I felt like there were a few people that just couldn't handle it, it was as if I was wearing crotchless panties or something, I felt amazing though.

'I was like, "Yes, I must be doing something right because I'm getting a reaction, even though I'm not doing anything terrible!" I loved it.'
