He confirmed he was in an official couple with Harley Brash during their Aftersun exit interview last week.

But Love Island's Chris Taylor was seen looking rather cosy with Casa Amor's Maria Wild following the reunion show after party at Elstree Studios in north London on Sunday night. 

The reality star, 29, wrapped his arm around the VIP host, 22, as they strolled along appearing unexpectedly close, despite not crossing paths in the Mallorcan villa.

Maria, who appeared on the ITV2 show for just a few days as she failed to win any of the boys' hearts, seemed happy in Chris' company as she laughed and giggled with the star. 

Returning Chris' gesture, the brunette bombshell also wrapped her arm around his middle. 

The Leicester-based funny guy showcased his sense of style as he sauntered along in a pair of very tight white skinny jeans teamed with a black T-shirt and brown loafers.

Maria looked every inch the vixen in a white plunging mini-dress that flaunted her bronzed pins which she accentuated with heeled sandals.

While Chris and Maria appeared as though they were having a ball, the same could not be said for Harley, 20, who looked lonely as she cut a solitary figure while sitting on a pavement at the end of the night. 

The pair's unexpectedly cosy display comes after Chris and Harley confirmed their exclusive relationship status only five days ago.

Harley and Chris' romance appeared to be blossoming after they documented their first date on the outside world following their short-lived time in the villa. 

Things seemed to have gone extremely well, with Harley revealing on Instagram that she'd spent the night with Chris as she shared a video of him bringing her takeaway pizza in their hotel room the following morning.

Love Island Aftersun host Caroline Flack asked them: 'Are you allowed to date other people?' 

To which they coyly replied: 'No.' 

'So you’re exclusive?' the presenter pried.

She continued, 'Congratulations!', followed by the audience cheering for the happy couple.

Harley recently said she was looking forward to seeing how her relationship with Chris developed outside of the Mallorcan villa. 

Harley told MailOnline: 'It's been going really well, it's still very early days, we’re excited to get back to the UK and see how things go from there. 

'We’ve been spending every day together. We’re going to go on a proper date together.

'I haven’t noticed the age difference at all, I'm quite mature for my age and Chris can be a little immature!

'I think time was on other’s people’s sides. We had a genuine connection but there were other very strong couples and they deserved their place in there. It was our time to go.'
