Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene Inaugurate RAMOGE Exhibition

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the RAMOGE Agreement, the Princely Couple inaugurated the exhibition Preserving the Mediterranean RAMOGE: A Pioneering Agreement for 50 Years” on 26 June 2026 at the Ministry of State building. Christophe Mirmand, Minister of State was also in attendance.

The exhibition traces five decades of cooperation between Monaco, France and Italy in safeguarding the Mediterranean Sea, and was created by the RAMOGE Agreement Executive Secretariat and the National Archives of Monaco, with the support of the Archives of the Princes Palace and the Audiovisual Institute of Monaco. The agreement was signed in Monaco in 1976 at the initiative of Prince Rainier III.

Princely Family celebrates Saint Jean Baptiste Day

Prince Albert II, Princess Charlene, and their children, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, attended the 2026 Saint Jean Baptiste celebrations at the Palace Square. Symbolising the summer solstice, celebrations included the Saint Jean Baptiste fire, with performances by local folkloric group La Palladienne de Monaco”, who perform traditional Monegasque dances. The Princely Family viewed the celebrations from the Palace balcony.

Charlotte Casiraghi attends PhiloMonaco Prize Ceremony

Charlotte Casiraghi, President of the Monaco Philosophical Meetings, attended the ceremony for the 10th PhiloMonaco Prize at the Princess Grace Theatre on 26 June 2026. The Monaco Philosophical Meetings, also known as PhiloMonaco, celebrates philosophy, literature and the arts.

This year’s Best Essay winner was French author Estelle Ferrarese for her essay Une philosophie des sanglots (A Philosophy of Sobs). The Publishers Prize was awarded to Éditions Jérôme Millon, and the 2026 High School StudentsPrize was awarded to two students from FANB and Lycée Albert Ier. The event also featured a special performance created with the Ballets de Monte-Carlo.

Charlotte Casiraghi awards Winners of Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping Competition

Charlotte Casiraghi, an award-winning equestrian, presented trophies to the winners of the 12th international Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping competition’s Grand Prix de la Ville, on the evening of 20 June 2026. Out of 39 competitors, Austria’s Max Kühner emerged victorious, ahead of  Ireland’s Denis Lynch and France’s Olivier Perreau.
