If Quigley is elected mayor, a special election will be held in which voters will fill his House seat. If Giannoulias is elected mayor, however, there will be an election of sorts in which the winner needs just one special vote — that of the governor of Illinois."

His folies have cost the Illinois taxpayers nearly a billion, which he says don’t look at his FULL past, he should pay that back first.
