Unity Small Finance Bank has revised interest rates on its savings accounts for select balance slabs, offering the highest rate at 7% The new rates came into effect on August 1, 2026. With this revision, Unity Small Finance Bank savings account customers maintaining minimum required account balances will earn higher returns on their savings.

Customers maintaining savings account balances of up to Rs 1 lakh will get an interest rate of 4.5% per annum. Those with balances above Rs 1 lakh and up to Rs 5 lakh will receive a 6% rate per annum, while balances exceeding Rs 5 lakh will help customers earn the highest rate of 7% per annum.

In a statement, Unity Small Finance Bank said that with interest credited on a monthly basis, the offering provides an attractive avenue for customers to grow their savings.

Unity Bank offers an annual interest rate of 8.50% to senior citizens on its 501-day special fixed deposit scheme. For the same period, general investors receive an 8% rate.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank offers an 8.10% interest rate on a 666-day fixed deposit for general citizens and an 8.25% for senior citizens.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank offers a 7.20% rate on a 2-year fixed deposit for general citizens and a 8.30% rate for senior citizens on the same tenure.
Suryoday Small Finance Bank offers an 8.10% rate on its 30-month fixed deposit for general citizens and an 8.25% rate for senior citizens.
Equitas Small Finance Bank offers an 8.00% rate on a tenure of 3 years and 1 day, while senior citizens earn an 8.50% on the same tenure.
