The offering will open for public subscription on Monday, August 10, 2026, and close on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, with anchor investor bidding scheduled for Friday, August 07, 2026. Bidders can apply for a minimum lot of 17 equity shares and in multiples of 17 shares thereafter.
The issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 1,400 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1,91,37,602 equity shares by existing shareholders. Under the offer for sale, promoter selling shareholder BC Asia Investments XV Limited will offload up to 1,60,18,769 shares, while promoter group entity Mangalam Capital Private Limited will sell up to 31,18,833 shares.
