Help! My obs keeps crashing and I have no idea why!

I am a noob when it comes to technology. I updated obs and it constantly crashes. I had gone a very long time before updating, so I have no idea what previous version I was even using.
Friends suggested I uninstall and reinstall but that hasn't fixed it. It crashed once today with no crash report and then produced one when it crashed the second time.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
