Jennifer Lopez's fans are worrying about the superstar with the release of her new song Everything's Fine.

That is because the tune is about how everything is not fine after her painful divorce from Ben Affleck that she has said made her life 'blow up in my face.'

In the lyrics the Bronx native sings about feeling 'weird' and 'numb,' and how life is 'dull' even though she is 'grateful' for all that she has.

The song begins, 'Everything fine, I still feel weird / Same good life, same dull year.'

It also hints that the 56-year-old has become a bit of a recluse as things are off. 'Sun still shine, I stay inside / I don't feel bad, I just don't feel right.'

Lopez teamed up with Brazilian DJ and producer Alok to release the new dance single Everything's Fine which will be released on June 26. 

The bad vibes run through the entire song. She also sings, 'All my boxes checked, still feel low / Same softball, same old goal.'

Then Lopez points out that she knows she has a lot to be happy about but all is not what it looks like on the surface. 

'They say I'm lucky, I don't disagree / I just don't feel it the way it looks to be.' 

Later in the song she explains more: 'They say, "Enjoy this," I just not / I know it's good, I swear to God. I'm not ungratеful, I'm not confused / Just a little numb, a little loosе.'

Fans took to Reddit to rant about the tone of the song.

'Jenny From the Block has the blues, thanks a lot Ben Affleck for making her sad,' wrote one fan while another chimed in, 'Ben broke her heart and now she's like, UGHHHHHH!'

Lopez and Affleck officially separated on April 26, 2024, with Lopez filing for divorce in August of that year. Their divorce was subsequently finalized in January 2025. 

On Thursday she shared an Everything's Fine reel to her Insta Stories that featured old clips of herself from the past year.

In every shot, she is smiling and happy, even dancing, which goes against the morose lyrics of the song. 

Her last single was the up-tempo dance tune Save Me Tonight with David Guetta.

This comes after Lopez said she had 'very little help' raising her and Marc Anthony's twins.

The singer feels 'really happy' with her life, and is particularly pleased that her and Marc's 18-year-old twins Max and Emme got into college.

And the On The Floor hitmaker feels proud of the huge part she played in bringing them up. Speaking on the SmartLess podcast, she said: 'Now, I can really look at my life, appreciate it for what it is and what I've created for myself and be really happy.

'Both my kids got into all their colleges. They both got scholarships and they're going where they want to go. I was like, 'You did that s*** all by yourself.' 'That's great. Like, 'You had very little help,' you know?'
